Grocery Tech Solutions is more than just a pricing company. One Tuesday morning the owner of the store I manage came in and said we have a meeting with Grocery Tech Solutions to see about them coordinating our vendor pricing. I told him he was out of his mind! Needless to say I ate my words.

 From the moment we hired Grocery Tech Solutions our profit margins grew within the week! Now six months later I can tell you exactly what is on sale and what our profit margins are through each DSD vendor.

GTS is not just some company that only does pricing, they know you by name. Gaither will call just to check in and make sure all is well. As a matter of fact, his baby boy had covid and he still answered his phone when I called!

This all does not go without saying Gaither’s staff is impeccable as well. Jenna is very fast with her response on any vendor questions we may have. 

With all of this being said, that day the owner told me we had that meeting and I scrawled my face thinking there is no way this can help….boy I was wrong! Without GTS I truly believe we would not be hitting our desired profit margins we are today.
